What information we may collect and why:

  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
  • For entering into and provision of services and managing financial transactions.

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

How we protect your data:

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure, we have put in place the following:

  • Any payments we take from you online, we will use a recognised online secure payment system.

Who else has access to the information you provide us?

Where this is the case, third parties will be required to have contractual arrangements with their sub-processor(s) that ensure your information is kept secure and not used for their own purposes.

How long do we keep your information?

  • We will hold your personal data on our systems for as long as it is in the Company’s legitimate interest to do so, or for as long as is necessary to comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
  • We will regularly review your data to establish whether we are still entitled to process it. If it is determined that we are not entitled to do so, we will stop processing your personal data except that we will retain your personal data in an archived form in order to be able to comply with future legal obligations e.g. compliance with VAT requirements and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • We will destroy all financial information once we have used it and no longer need it and it is no longer required for legal obligations.
