Chilled Packaging is one of the largest temperature control packaging manufacturers in the UK for mail order food businesses. To maintain our success in this market we are constantly monitoring and developing our range of coolants.  We are also able to customise them to suit your individual requirements, including printing with your own logo.

Our range of gel packs and water ice packs are produced from 100% recyclable low density polyethylene. This provides a high quality seal, ensuring a leak free pack, this also provides the added benefit of the packs not sticking together when frozen unlike alternative solutions.

These coolant packs are perfect for keeping food fresh and cold when used in conjunction with our temperature control packaging systems. Our coolant packs can be fully customised, they are printable (subject to a minimum order quantity) with logos and contact information and are also available in a range of sizes to suit the majority of applications.

Gel Packs:

Our gel packs contain an industry leading formulation with phase change taking place at -6°c rather than at 0°c which ensures the system remains cooler for longer. Our gel is guaranteed to be non-toxic and food safe, it provides excellent performance as a cooling medium. Gel packs are available in a range of sizes to suit most applications, delivered in cardboard boxes that can be placed straight into the freezer.

Water Ice Packs:

Our water is sterile and regularly tested to ensure it is food safe and hygienic. Water ice packs provide maximum flexibility and are ideal for wrapping around products. They can be used as a single or when folded, multi-layer mat for maximum cooling of your food. They are delivered in cardboard boxes which can be placed directly into the freezer.
